We wish all tenants and guests of the leisure center a relaxing stay.
In order to achieve this, the general terms and conditions apply. The management and its legal representatives exercise domiciliary rights on the premises of the leisure facility and are free to decide on the admission of a tenant or visitor to the leisure facility.
There is no obligation to conclude a contract or to join.
Violations of the site rules by tenants and visitors as well as tourist guests and guests of the restaurant business can be punished by the management or its representative with an expulsion from the site.
Tenants are responsible for informing their visitors of these site rules and ensuring that they comply with them.
In addition, these site regulations are also binding for tourist guests of the Gülser Moselbogen leisure facility and guests of the restaurant.
The landlord exercises domiciliary rights on the grounds of the leisure facility and is free to decide on the admission of tenants, visitors or guests of the campsite and the restaurant business on the leisure grounds.
There is no obligation to graduate or join.
Violations of these site regulations by tenants, visitors, tourist guests and guests of the restaurant business may be punished by the landlord or their representatives with a temporary ban from the site.
Entering the leisure facility is at your own risk.
The Lessor shall only be liable for culpably caused damage in cases of intent and gross negligence.
The Lessor shall have no duty of safekeeping or care for the objects or items brought in by the Lessee.
The Lessor is therefore not liable for the destruction, loss or deterioration of these items outside of its obligations under this contract.
The Lessor is not obliged to insure the objects or items brought in by the Lessee against theft, fire or other risks for the duration of use.
The tenant undertakes to operate only approved equipment and facilities (e.g. caravans, camping trailers, tents, gas and electrical appliances of any kind) on the pitch rented by him.
The tenant shall be solely liable for any damage resulting from the operation of unauthorized or defective equipment and facilities belonging to the tenant.
The tenant is liable for himself and all authorized persons in the event of damage to the pitch assigned to him and to other facilities and equipment on the campsite.
Tenants and visitors must behave in accordance with the general rules of conduct and decency. A considerate demeanor and care for order and cleanliness are a matter of course for all site users.
Use of the facilities is at your own risk. Children under the age of 7 must be accompanied and supervised by their parents when using any facility on the campsite. This also applies to the use of the sanitary facilities.
Open fires are not permitted. Barbecue fires must be extinguished by 10 p.m. at the latest.
Barbecue trays in direct contact with the ground are not permitted.
Only breathable mats that are gentle on the grass may be laid on the lawns in the tourist area. All other mats or floor coverings are not permitted.
To protect the environment, no winter service (snow clearing and salt spreading) is carried out on the campsite. Tenants who also use their pitch in winter must therefore take appropriate measures themselves.
The spreading of salt is prohibited in any case.
The caravans, mobile homes and mobile homes located in the permanent camping area of the leisure facility must always be connected to the specified supply and disposal systems.
The tenant shall bear the costs of the corresponding connection.
Tenants who use chemical toilets may only use environmentally friendly chemicals. Likewise, when using chemicals and cleaning agents, attention must be paid to their environmental compatibility.
All noise must be avoided during lunchtime from 13:00 - 15:00 and at night from 22:00 - 08:00. Music must be reduced to room volume.
Driving on the paths with motor vehicles during this time is only permitted in exceptional cases.
Lawn mowing, hedge trimming and other noisy work such as sawing, hammering, etc. are prohibited between 13:00 and 15:00, 19:00 and 08:00, as well as on Sundays and public holidays.
Work that is commissioned by the site management and serves to improve or beautify the leisure facility may also be carried out during these times.
In addition, all work that is necessary to rectify serious technical defects and has been commissioned or approved by the pitch management is also permitted during rest periods.
If possible, noise should be avoided.
In addition, disturbing noise is to be avoided as a matter of principle due to the recreational nature of the campsite.
The municipal regulations and statutory provisions must also be observed.
The road traffic regulations apply accordingly on the campsite.
Special consideration for the interests of other tenants should be a matter of course.
Only the tenant is permitted to drive on the pitch and only with their own vehicle.
To protect the barrier mechanism, the barrier system must only be driven through individually.
It is forbidden to drive behind each other even if the barrier is still open.
To maintain order and safety on the campsite, vehicles of any kind may only be driven on the designated paths at 5 km/h walking pace.
Unnecessary driving on the premises is prohibited.
Driving on the site with trucks and other commercial vehicles or other heavy vehicles requires prior authorization. Exceptions only apply to camping vehicles.
The roads and paths must be kept clear at all times for safety reasons (escape routes).
Vehicles must be parked on the rented pitch or in the parking lot outside the campsite.
The lessor may charge a parking fee for vehicles parked outside the rented pitch in the area of the campsite and the paved and unpaved parking areas.
Washing and cleaning vehicles on the campsite is prohibited.
Other exceptions can only be made after prior consultation with the landlord.
Violations of these rules, in particular speeding and non-compliance with the barrier rules, can be punished by blocking the entry permit.
The keeping of pets, with the exception of ornamental birds, ornamental fish and other small animals, requires the express prior consent of the landlord.
Costs for keeping animals can be found in the current price list.
Dogs and cats must always be kept on a lead within the campsite.
The supervision of animals must not be entrusted to children.
Pets must be kept in such a way that no one is disturbed by them and may only roam freely on the tenant's premises.
If this cannot be guaranteed, the animals must also be kept on a lead on the pitch.
In the event of nuisance such as persistent dog barking, aggressive behavior, attacking and injuring people or animals, inappropriate keeping and soiling, the landlord may issue the tenant with a warning or prohibit the keeping of animals.
In the event of serious incidents, the tenancy can be terminated without notice.
The tenant is liable for damage and soiling caused by his pets.
Damage involving animals must be reported to the site management immediately. The animal owner must remove any soiling caused by excrement immediately.
Visitors are only permitted to bring pets in exceptional cases and with the prior consent of the landlady.
The landlord's consent to keep animals may be revoked in individual cases.
Visitors must report to reception without being asked before entering the leisure facility.
In exercising their domiciliary rights and in accordance with official regulations, the lessor or their representatives are entitled to inspect the identity cards of every visitor.
Visitors' vehicles may only be parked in the parking lot outside the campsite.
Data cards are issued to every tenant and tourist guest against payment of a deposit.
These data cards entitle the tenant and the persons authorized to use them to use the sanitary facilities.
The use of the shower, washing machine and dryer is subject to a charge.
Usage costs can be found in the current price list.
The data card is the property of the lessor and may be blocked or confiscated in the event of misuse or infringement.
The deposit will be offset upon return of the data card or paid out to the tenant.
The deposit is forfeited if the data card is lost or damaged.
Upon termination of the tenancy, the data cards issued must be returned to the landlord.
The loss of a data card must be reported immediately. A fee will be charged for the reissue.
The data cards may not be passed on to other unauthorized persons, regardless of the circumstances, reasons or occasions. In the event of non-compliance, the data cards may be confiscated without replacement.
The disposal of waste has separate into residual waste, recyclable waste, glass and paper.
Appropriate containers are available in the waste separation station.
These containers may only be used by tenants and tourist guests of the leisure facility.
Vacation home owners and their tenants are not permitted to use this separation station.
Bulky waste, hazardous waste and other waste such as camping items, construction waste, electrical items, wood etc. may not be disposed of on the campsite.
At the request and expense of the tenant, a waste container can be ordered by the site management.
Bringing and disposing of garbage of any kind is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate termination of the tenancy without notice.
The reserved pitch is available to the tenant from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival.
The pitch must be vacated by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
We undertake to keep the booked space free until 17.00 on the day of arrival.
If no arrival or notification of late arrival has been made by this time, the reservation claim expires without replacement.
The cancellation fee provided for a no-show will be charged.
A confirmed reservation is binding for both parties.
In the event of early departure, the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
The campsite management reserves the right to change the requested pitch in the same pitch category for occupancy reasons.
Cancellation costs for bindingly confirmed reservations :
- 7 days to 10 days before arrival: 25 % of the total amount according to the confirmation email
- 3 days to 6 days before arrival: 50 % of the total amount according to the confirmation email
- 2 days before arrival date : 100 % of the total amount according to the confirmation email
- In case of no-show: 100 % of the total amount according to the confirmation email
The charging of electrically powered vehicles is prohibited at the electricity columns in the tourist area of the campsite.
There is a charging station at the entrance to the campsite.
The use of drones and flying over the grounds of the leisure facility is not permitted.
